All aspects of completing your registration can be done online, however you may also register by general mail. Once we receive your registration form, payment, table selection, and your auction commitment we will guarantee your table selection. Please note that when selecting your table that electric service is available only along the perimeter tables.
Below are the fees for registration after June 30 2022
Member rate: $470 (1 table) $775 ( 2 tables) $1080 (3 tables) Additional tables $305
Non-member rate: $575 (1 table) $1035 (2 tables) $1495 (3 tables) Additional Tables $410
Exhibitors will enjoy easy access to the Majestic Ballroom & Conference Center, offering 10,800 sq. ft. of exhibit space. Due to popular demand we now can accommodate a larger number of exhibitors, all with exhibit entry directly adjacent the ballroom.
5:00 pm Exhibitors will enjoy a complimentary array of hot appetizers and refreshments.
Show hours: 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
With your help the annual auction will be the best to date. Please commit with your registration. A non-pool related item is preferred.
